Provide daily supervision, guidance, coaching, problem-solving, judgment and communication to staff with the objective of meeting all critical success factors. Oversee the daily records management and imaging process as well as production assistant output to ensure service levels meet our internal and external customer's expectations. Take ownership of new technology initiatives within Policy Administration and oversee their successful implementation.


Required Experience:
A. Minimum 3 years leadership and/or supervisory experience
B. Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A. Advanced communication–oral and written
B. Ability to motivate and direct others positively
C. Demonstrated ability to lead and use good judgment
D. Good organizational and analytical skills
E. Detail oriented
F. Advanced knowledge of records management processes
G. Advanced knowledge of insurance administration
H. Ability to present a positive and professional image
